Inspection Trips

If you are interested in buying property in North Cyprus we would like to take the opportunity to invite you to participate in one of our comprehensive inspection trips at your earliest convenience.

An Inspection Trip is usually a 3-day trip to view developments and properties to become familiar with the area in which you are looking to purchase. This helps to take away the worry and stress of buying in a place you may not be familiar with.

On a typical Inspection Trip, you will be picked up from the airport and be taken to your accommodation in the local town of Kyrenia – the Tourism Capital of Northern Cyprus. We will take you out to visit our projects on-site and guide you through all you need to know about the buying process. We will also take you to any area of interest and you will have access to our full range of services including independent financial and legal advice.

Rather than a formal viewing trip, we prefer to conduct things on a much more personal level. We therefore will arrange to have you picked up from the airport, transported to your hotel of choice and toured around our projects. We can also arrange a sightseeing tour of the many local tourist attractions and an authentic Turkish BBQ lunch and/or dinner if requested.
